The Relax and Restore Package is 90 minutes of absolute bliss dedicated totally to you. It combines Physiokey/Medkey Therapy, AromaTouch Technique and time wrapped in the Healing Blanket. 

This total therapy will leave you feeling completely relaxed and restored just as the name implies.

As a breast cancer survivor myself and having had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate TRAM reconstruction, I also have a passion for supporting women physically and emotionally through their own cancer journey and a Relax and Restore is an excellent way of providing some of that support.

AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along the energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. 

Essential oils are an excellent way to support your body system to function at it's best and an AromaTouch massage is a beautiful treatment that is very relaxing and therapeutic and will assist your body to reduce inflammation, improve your immunity, reduce stress and return your body to homeostasis. 

Aromatouch Massage is a gentle massage that can be a stand alone treatment or combined in a Relax and Restore for the ultimate de-stressing experience.
